1. Product Information
eClarity strives to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions or other website content are complete, current or free from errors.

2. Diamond Availability
If a selected diamond is purchased by another customer at the same time, eClarity reserves the right to offer an alternative diamond with similar specifications and pricing.

3. Order Cancellation
Please ensure that your contact details are accurate and that you remain contactable regarding your order.

eClarity reserves the right to cancel orders without notice if we are unable to contact you or if inaccurate information has been provided.

4. Diamond Upgrade Policy
For in-store purchases only.

Eligibility
GIA-certified natural diamonds and IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds purchased in-store from eClarity are eligible for an upgrade.

Upgrade Value
The following values apply to the original diamond’s purchase price:
• Within 2 years: up to 100%.
• Between 2 and 3 years: up to 70%.
• After 3 years: up to 50%.

Requirements
• The new diamond must be at least twice the original diamond’s purchase price.
• The original diamond must be in good condition and accompanied by its original grading report.
• Damaged diamonds are not eligible.

Setting
Upgrade credit applies to the diamond only.

Your existing setting may be reused, where suitable, for a minimal fee. If it cannot be reused, you may retain it or receive a credit, subject to eClarity’s assessment.

Diamonds not originally set by eClarity must be removed from their settings before assessment.

Grading Report
The original grading report must be returned in reusable condition. Additional fees may apply if the report is damaged.
