3. Diamond Upgrade Policy (In-Store Purchases Only)

Eligibility
GIA-certified natural diamonds and IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds purchased in-store from eClarity are eligible.

Upgrade Value

• Up to 100% of original purchase price (within 2 years)
  
• Up to 70% (2–3 years)
  
• Up to 50% (after 3 years)
  

Requirements

• New diamond must be at least 2× the value of the original
  
• Original diamond must be in good condition with grading report
  
• Damaged diamonds are not eligible
  

Setting

• Credit applies to the diamond only
  
• Existing setting may be reused (if suitable) for a minimal fee
  
• If not reusable, you may retain it or receive a credit (subject to eClarity’s assessment)
  
• Diamonds not originally set by eClarity must be dismounted prior to assessment
  

Grading Report

• Original report must be returned in reusable condition
  
• Fees may apply for damaged reports
  

4. Product Description
eClarity strives to ensure all product details are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions or content are complete, current, or error-free.

5. Diamond Availability
In the event a diamond is simultaneously purchased by another customer, eClarity reserves the right to offer a replacement with similar specifications and price.

6. Order Cancellation
Customers must ensure all contact details provided are accurate and remain contactable. eClarity reserves the right to cancel orders without notice if we are unable to reach the customer or if inaccurate information is provided.
