Delivery Policy

Once full payment is received, your order will be processed and delivered within 5 to 21 working days, depending on the delivery timeline indicated on the product page.

Delivery timelines do not include additional transit time for certain locations, potential customs clearance delays, or unforeseen circumstances during shipping.

Risk of Loss

In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers will be required to liaise directly with the insurer to file a claim. Relevant insurer details will be provided where necessary. All shipments are subject to eClarity’s applicable domestic and international shipping policies.

Tax Policy (No longer applicable from May 2024 onwards)

• Singapore Orders: A 9% GST applies to deliveries within Singapore.
  
• International Orders: GST is not applicable. However, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be imposed by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
  

As customs regulations vary, we recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of applicable charges.

A 1% insurance fee applies to all international shipments.
